Consulting Graduate Program

Protiviti’s consulting graduate program is a structured paid training program for recent tertiary graduates to receive training, mentoring and experience as they enter the workforce. Protiviti’s one-year graduate program is specifically designed for you to gain vital experience and exposure to develop your professional career. At Protiviti, you will be able to utilise the knowledge you have gained through your tertiary studies and apply it into practice. At the conclusion of the program, you’ll be able to continue your career journey at Protiviti Hong Kong.

Our recruitment process has a few steps involved:

1. Online application 
   When applications open, you will need to complete a series of questions and attach your CV and academic record.  
2. Initial screening 
   We will assess your application and if successful, you will be invited to participate in a short telephone interview.  
3. Protiviti assessment centre 
   After your telephone interview, successful candidates will be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre, where you’ll get the opportunity to be involved in a variety of problem-solving activities, both individually and collaboratively.
4. Final Interview  
   The final stage of this process is second in-person interview with a Protiviti Singapore Managing Director from the core area you’re interviewing to work in.  
5. Offer extended 
   We’ll be in touch to notify you of the application process outcome. If successful, a written offer will be sent to you.

Protiviti’s graduate recruitment program is open to candidates with degrees ranging from business, commerce, finance, and economics, to cybersecurity, and computer science.

Candidates must be in their final year of a university course to be eligible for a graduate role with us.
